Time of payment
Your purchase will be charged when your order is sent out.
If you have paid by PayPal or by Gift Card, the payment will be taken as you complete the purchase.
Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.

Delivery methods and costs
Three (3) types of delivery are available on the online store:
Home delivery – from 2,95 EUR / FREE FROM 250 EUR OF PURCHASE
- Standard Delivery via the Colissimo Post: delivery time of three (3) to eight (8) days on average (varies depending on the country of delivery) from the assumption of responsibility by the carrier
- Express delivery with Dragonet: delivery time up to 48 hours (varies depending on the country of delivery)
Relay Point Delivery – from 2.95 EUR / FREE FROM 250 EUR OF PURCHASE
On the delivery point of your choice in 2-3 business days. We will inform you of the delivery points available at the time of purchase. Remember that to collect your order it is necessary that you present a piece of identification. If the person making the withdrawal of the order is different from the person who made the purchase, a written authorization and a copy of the identity card of the buyer must be presented.
The deadlines indicated above will be extended for Corsica and the remote regions.
Your order will be delivered from Monday to Saturday between 9h and 12h, by hand or in a relay point if you chose this option.
Erotokritos also offers a choice of free shipping from 250 € of purchase.

Returns and refunds
How to return
You have a withdrawal period 14 days from the date of sending to return your purchase made on erotokritos.com or in-store. The returns in store are free and those sent by post office are the responsibility of the buyer.
Here are two options to return your merchandise:
- In store Erotokritos replace your order with your receipt (paper or electronic format) which is located at 109 Bd Beaumarchais 75003 Paris.
- At the point of depositFind the information of your order to request a return. If you have placed your order as a guest, you will find the information in the order confirmation e-mail. We will send you a return label to stick on the package, so you can deposit the items you want to return to a Colissimo agency.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 2 weeks.
Sale items are neither exchanged nor resumed.
On the following link, you will find information on returns made by gift card.
The refund amount will be credited to the card originally used to pay for your purchase. You will receive confirmation of the return by e-mail once it has been completed.
If you have used a gift certificate, a portion of the amount may be refunded on a new gift that you will receive separately within 10 working days.
If more than 14 days have passed and you do not have a refund on your account, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank so that it can help you speed up the process.
Only products not worn or washed, and with their claw and label of intact composition will be accepted by Erotokritos.

How to exchange
You can change the size or color of your items. If you prefer to exchange for a different item, you will need to request a refund and make a new purchase.
Exchanging an item purchased on Erotokritos.com is very simple. Go to our store with the receipt of paper or electronic format.
If you want to trade on Erotokritos.com, go to your order and select the item you want to return and the size against which you would like to exchange it. To return the original article, we offer you the options that you can consult in the HOW TO MAKE RETURNS section.
The ONLINE EXCHANGE option will be available for orders made as a registered customer and paid using: American Express, MasterCard and VISA (some payment methods may not be available in your country / region).
Please also remember…
- You cannot make more than two requests for exchange simultaneously for the same order, but you can include up to a maximum of 5 items in each request.
- The option to exchange does not appear if the item purchased is no longer available.
- Online exchange will not be available for purchases made with a gift card.
